FAQS

What are your dispatch times?

Small prints are dispatched within 3 working days.

Large prints are made to order and have a 2-3 week lead time unless stated as ready to ship in the products description.

When I can expect my delivery?

UK orders will receive their print 1 day after it is dispatched.

International orders are estimated to be delivered within 5 business days after dispatch.

Will my print be signed?

All prints are limited edition and therefore hand signed and numbered by Hannah.

Import Fees

The buyer is responsible for any import taxes/duties incurred on arrival in their destination country.

This applies to any country other than the UK where there are no fees.

Refunds/Returns

In the unlikely event of a print getting damaged in transit, a replacement print will be sent or a full refund issued.

Returns are not offered where a customer has changed their mind. Refund may be possible if a customer changes their mind before the item is dispatched.

All orders submitted via our website constitute an offer by you to purchase goods from us.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

No contract is formed between you and us when you place an order or when you receive an automated order confirmation email.

A legally binding contract is created only when we send you a dispatch confirmation notice.
